On a recent visit home from the U.S. I was introduced to this place by my best pal. We were shown to this wonderful ambient booth upstairs where we were waited on hand and foot by the wonderful staff! We had pretty much everything from the cocktail menu (I LOVED the long island iced teas) and enjoyed every last drop. I will definitely be back to enjoy this fabulously atmospheric funky place! Roll on my next visit home! THANK YOU TO ALL AT BAR SOCIAL FOR A FABULOUS NIGHT!!
Went to Bar Social for a friends birthday one night in October and since then I have been back regularly. The staff are brilliant, a lot of fun and the drinks are fantastic! It's a great place with a great atomosphere.
brilliant vibe to the place with great music and decor. Great selection of "off the beaten track" beers. Oh and quite possibly some of the friendliest staff I have ever encountered :D

I've been here a few times before for 'a quick drink' and ended up having a lot more and have always had a great time! The atmosphere is welcoming and moorish, the music is good, the cocktails are fantastic and the bar staff are friendly, fun and really make it a great nite. Im definatly coming again. P.S. I highly recommend the 'Chocolate Monkey'
Went along to Bar Social for 'just the one' drink and was planning to move on however........ after the first of many delicious long islands and various other impressive cocktails I was not moving anywhere! The friendly bar staff are clearly taking after Tom Cruises impressive moves in the film 'Cocktail'....Its just what Lavender Hill needed - a great bar, good seating, nice outdoor area, funky tunes and a wkd downstairs room which is perfect for a private party - definately worth a visit.
Had an awesome time the other night, I couldn't believe how great the atmosphere was for such a young bar, it was absolutely buzzing! No question about it...i'll definitely be coming back. Rob
